When designing products and services for your customers or employees, there is no better place to start then a customer journey map. They are much more than a simple visualisation of the process. They help you add value in managing the overall experience, in areas such as customer retention, sales, employee engagement and more.

During this meetup Sjoerd (Concept7) and Auke (Pontonniers) will walk you through the steps of designing such an experience. Also, we'll provide the common pitfalls, so you don't have to re-invent the wheel again. The meetup will be part theory and (larger) part practice.

Venue
This time we welcome you at the Business Lounge of the Puddingfabriek. A beautiful location, close to the central station. The door will be open, please go to the Business Lounge on the left after entering the building.

Costs
This event is free of charge. Please leave a small tip for supplies we have to buy for the workshop and the drinks you have during the event.
