What to Expect
In the first part of the workshop, you’ll dive deep into the Awareness stage, identifying what you truly want or need in your life. We will then pair this with Radical Acceptance of your current situation and progress, ensuring you have a clear understanding of where you stand and what’s needed to move forward. This is not just about visualization or wishful thinking; it’s about initiating concrete steps toward your goals through the ARIA stages of change—Awareness, Resilience, Inspiration, and Action.

During the initial session, you’ll leverage the VIA Character Strengths of Curiosity, Creativity, and Love of Learning to create a vision board that truly encapsulates your current aspirations. In the second part, we’ll engage in a group discussion focused on using Judgment, Perspective, and Spirituality/Purpose to create a tangible action plan for manifesting your vision. By integrating fundamental principles from goal-setting research, behavioral science, and several esoteric concepts, we ensure you leave with the mindset, tools, and intention to turn your dreams into reality.
