Meetup for Bangalore's designers

Hi Guys,

Its an informal meetup for designers. This August 11th 2012 meetup will focus on “The Genius of Design” as a means to kickstart a new series of Design related discussions on the nature of design, the number of design disciplines that exist and how we can derive meaning from age-old best practices. We will be showing a video (produced and directed by the BBC) followed by a 1.5 hr JAM session where we will reflect on a framework for “Design Thinking” and “Ideation”.

The agenda has:

1. A video: Level Beginner - Intermediate
2. A JAM: You will be given a topic and would have to come up with something based on that topic in 2 hours. This will be a group activity, the participants will be split into groups of 4-5 people.

We will have markers, sketchpens and chart papers for your use.

This event is strictly for designers. Its fine if you are a beginner and want to learn.
