We chase so many things in life, believing that achieving them will make us better off and happier. But what if happiness were much simplier than that? What if we could solve for happiness by looking at it through an evolutionary lens, understanding why and how it works in these terms, and then address the associated evolutionary basic needs?

For the past 16 years J. Paul Neeley has been exploring the design of our lives for happiness. In this session he'll share some of his key learnings for happiness around Evolutionary Basics.
