The Moonshot OS - From Practice to Theory (OKRS)

Details

Landing on the Moon. A Billion Watch Hours. The Playbook as the Go-To Product Tool. Organizations such as NASA, YouTube and Atlassian have been setting audacious goals since their inception but what makes their goals a reality is the ability to align each team’s goals with the company’s overall strategy. The Moonshot Operating System* - From Practice to Theory is a 20 minute keynote which draws from practical experience running workshops and implementing objectives and key results (OKRS) in some of the largest DAX listed organisations.

*The Moonshot Operating System is a practical, innovative, experiential process designed to accelerate an organization’s performance. It is based on the belief that everyone is creative, and with a bias towards action, can contribute towards the outcome.
