About Adrian
Adrian Fernandez is a User Experience Researcher with a strong multidisciplinary background: Usability Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science Engineering, Applied Statistics, and more. He constantly develops all these disciplines in order to serve as the voice of the end-user and the source of knowledge about user insights and requirements.

About Alina
Alina Cvetkova is a designer with more than 10 years of experience, but still constantly learning. Originally from Latvia, with a heart in Catalonia, she is currently based in Zurich and works as a Senior Product Designer in a Switzerland-based retail company Valora.

About the Round Table
Bernat Vazquez and Kevin Reenen, experts in the field of UX and Human Resources will discuss how the Pandemic changed design hiring practices. Moderated by Alexandra Negrut.
