Memorial Day Circle & snacnic in NW Palmer Park

Join us for some Memorial Weekend fun!
Kicking off the outdoor season, we'll celebrate warmer days, happy active weekends and the love of drumming!

We'll be in western Palmer Park, on Pontchartrain a few hundred feet from the Detroit Golf Course entrance, near some shade trees

Beginners are welcome as well as seasoned drummers who are always appreciated! Plus all the in-between levels experienced

Preregistration is not required, but if you can RSVP, it helps.
Folks find encouragement in seeing other people RSVP’d. #WhoElseIsGoing?

What to Bring:
o Something to sit on (even a bucket).
o Drums, shakers, tambourines, and/or percussion instruments of any kind.
o Some bug spray is a good idea.
o Water / hydration
o IF you would like to and have the time, please feel free to bring some snack food - or - NA beverages to share - or - paper plates.
I'll be bringing treats to celebrate a certain octogenarian's birthday.
;-)
o If you can bring a portable folding table, that would be lovely. Otherwise, it'll just be the old-fashioned picnic blanket.
o Modest contributions of $2-$5 are **much** appreciated to help our Meetup costs.
