This is a little bit advance session , we recommend to join this session after joining the 3 to 4 Beginners sessions to be aware of what is happening in the session .

Sahaja meditation is a spontaneous and effortless process based on inner energy that helps look after physical, mental, and emotional beings. After self-realization, one can meditate effortlessly and attain peace, balance, and joy. The program is available for every age group and no physical exercise. The program Helps to stay calm after a long day of stress and live a peaceful evening.
