To BI or not to BI

Details
BI (business intelligence) is a set of technologies and methodologies which allow businesses to transform the data they produce on an operational, day-to-day basis into meaningful information.
It's vital for improving business decisions, identifying new opportunities, and boosting your competitive advantage.
With the rise of big data, this past decade has been extremely interesting for BI processes. In this meetup, we will learn how you can find valuable needles in these huge new haystacks. In addition - we will discuss how you should organize your haystacks in the best needle-extracting manner, using real-world examples and methodologies.

π Imri Sadeh - BI - From Data to Actionable Insights π
BI is all about the Data. We are constantly bringing more data sources and increase our data coverage.
But what happens when all the data is there, but people are lost. How do you take the data and make it actionable, approachable and easy to understand?
How do you really influence your workflow to be data-driven?
This talk will cover several real-life examples and best practices on how to make this happen and challenges along the way.
Imri Sadeh is the BI Front-End Team Lead at SimilarWeb where he and his team are responsible for the Development of the BI Organizational Portal.
He leads the establishment and implementation of the web-based platform on top of the Tableau.
Prior to this, he was a Data Analyst and Business planner at HP.
He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev
