Gratitude Gathering & Farewell Wake

On this night, we honor the collective community of DevaGnosis and what it has meant for so many people, from Seattle to Santa Cruz, and beyond. The time has come to retire the DevaGnosis ministry, and allow it to become fertile ground from which even more vibrant and abundant creations will emerge.

This evening's online event will allow space for people to share about their experiences with one another. It will be like a "wake" or intimate funeral for a passed loved one, where we can tell lots of stories and offer gratitudes in remembrance. There will be ambient music for folks to enjoy and dance to if they wish, but microphones can be left on to create a buzz, like being at a party in a loving home.

Open snacks and beverages encouraged.
Give a Toast. Recognize a volunteer.
Feed the Mighty Dead. Even share a recipe if you feel called.

This party is our ONE LAST HURRAH, and a chance to celebrate the wonderful experiences we've had together through the 13 years that DevaGnosis has been in service. What better time to do that than on the "witch's new year" of Samhain? Nov. 7th marks the solar cross-quarter between Fall / Winter, a time when the Veil between the Worlds is very thin and [in the northern hemisphere] we enter into the darkest season of the year. Much magick can be accomplished at this time!

We are open to offering space for a Bardic Circle, if there is enough interest.
Suggested length: 5-8 minutes per share.

• Recite/read some poetry
• Perform a magick trick
• Sing a song from your heart
• Play an instrument
• Make balloon animals
  Almost anything goes. Just keep it "family friendly" please. 😉
