Why I Built Pairflow and What It Taught Me About Building with LLMs

I built Pairflow, a workflow orchestration tool, to improve how effectively I work with LLMs and to reserve my attention for the parts where it adds the most value. I’ll show how my approach to planning, delegation, testing, and code review evolved, what actually worked, and the challenges I have yet to solve clearly. The focus is not on specific models or tools, but on the mental models and first principles you can use to improve how you work with LLM-assisted development. I’ll also share the hard-earned lessons that came from this continuous experimentation.
