Algorand is a public permissionless blockchain that uses a Pure Proof-of-Stake (PPoS) algorithm to give a decentralized, scalable and secure network. On the other hand algorand co-chains is a private permissioned chain that is built to interoperate with the main algorand chain. This offers all the advantages of the algorand blockchain but coupled with more control. In this presentation we will talk about unique advantages of Algorand for the FinTech and blockchain industry - covering both the business and technical aspects and how it compares to Ethereum.
