Arindam Chatterjee is a Principal Data Scientist at Sahaj with over 13 years of experience in developing impactful AI solutions. He holds 15+ granted patents and has published extensively in top-tier venues such as ACL, COLING, LREC, and Neurocomputing. He has led collaborative AI projects with institutions including UT Austin, IIT Delhi, and IIT Patna, and is a frequent invited speaker at academic and industry forums. Arindam holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from IIT Bombay. His areas of interest include Generative AI, Large Language Models, Multilingual and Code-Mixed Language Models, and Multimodal AI Systems.

Karthika Vijayan

Karthika focuses on creating data science and AI solutions for real-world business problems by designing composite machine learning pipelines. She has been working in the field of conversational AI with voice and text data for more than a decade. She obtained her PhD in speech processing from the Department of EE, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad.

Dr. Ravindra Babu T

Dr. Ravindra Babu Tallamraju is a Principal Research Scientist, Mentor and Advisor at Sahaj Software. He has a post graduate degree in Computer Science and a PhD in Computer Science from the Dept. of Computer Science and Automation, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore. With nearly 40 years of experience in mathematical modeling and machine learning, his expertise spans across Deterministic and Stochastic modeling, across multiple domains including Space Research. His areas of interest include Computer Vision, NLP, Data Mining, and Genetic Algorithms. He has various publications to his name and has authored a Springer published book – ‘Compression Schemes for Mining Large Datasets – A Machine Learning Perspective’.

Somya is a data science leader with expertise in building AI/ML models and operationalising large scale big data capabilities to drive business intelligence and impact. Currently, she is the Head of Machine Learning and Site Lead, India at EarnIn, helping enable financial empowerment for the marginalised. She was previously at LinkedIn, leading the team responsible for ensuring safe conversations and spam prevention within Trust and Safety AI, and contributed to LinkedIn's Job Recommendations algorithms serving over 900M users. Prior to that, she worked at Flipkart and Oracle helping build their data and software capabilities. Somya received her Masters degree from IIT Bombay with a focus on natural language processing.
