What we’re about
Join Melbourne's largest and fastest growing Property Investment Meetup!
Be part of a community of like-minded property investors, renovators and developers who recognise the value of connecting to share ideas, exchange contacts, and learn from each other in a relaxed social environment.
Monthly Meetings
Meetings are FREE run monthly and you can attend in person at MicDrop Cartlon, 333 Drummond Street, Carlton or you can choose to attend on-line.
Meeting Format
Networking Meetings are typically held in the evening on a Tuesday and last for approximately two hours. We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time for the opportunity to meet and network with other property investors.
The meeting organiser will invite one or two speakers to come along and share their knowledge. These speakers may be industry experts such as architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, builders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financiers, lawyers, arborists, etc.
Speakers may also be other property investors who will share details of their recent development or renovation projects. We call this sharing a 'Real Deal'.
The speaker will typically present for around an hour, taking questions from the group.
The rest of the time is committed to networking in a focused manner that allows people in the group to share their experiences in the current market, pose questions, or even seek to connect with potential opportunity investing partners.
We encourage you to attend these meetings as you'll build your network of property investing friends and expand your property knowledge.
I look forward to seeing you at our next meeting
