Monthly Meetings
Meetings are FREE run monthly and you can attend in person at Club Parramatta at 2 Macquarie St, Parramatta NSW 2150.
Meeting Format
Networking Meetings are typically held in the evening on a Wednesday and last for approximately two hours. We recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled meeting time for the opportunity to meet and network with other property investors.
The meeting organiser will invite one or two speakers to come along and share their knowledge. These speakers may be industry experts such as architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, builders, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, financiers, lawyers, arborists, etc.
Speakers may also be other property investors who will share details of their recent development or renovation projects. We call this sharing a 'Real Deal'.
The speaker will typically present for around an hour, taking questions from the group.
The rest of the time is committed to networking in a focused manner that allows people in the group to share their experiences in the current market, pose questions, or even seek to connect with potential opportunity investing partners.
We encourage you to attend these meetings as you'll build your network of property investing friends and expand your property knowledge.

Richard’s journey into property development started during his 20+ year career with the Air Force as an Explosive Engineer. After some hard-won lessons (including losing money on two early projects), Richard rebuilt his approach, moving from a traditional property investor to a savvy developer.Today, based in Newcastle, he works as a Buyers Agent and Project Manager, sourcing and delivering value-add deals for clients while continuing to grow his own portfolio. His current personal focus is on Small-scale developments tailored to NDIS SDA — delivering rental returns that can outperform traditional investment properties many times over.
Richard also assists his Buyers Agent clients in buying properties around Newcastle where they can add a Granny Flat, or do a renovation and small development to keep growing their property portfolios. Richard is passionate about helping investors understand SDA — cutting through the hype, sharing the realities, and showing how to build a portfolio of cash-flowing, impact-driven properties.
