TVTime is a hobby project that turns personal media into a real broadcast channel with a fixed weekly schedule, no pause or fast forward or skip, and curated content. This talk walks through how it works under the hood : JSON5 scheduling, content management, FFmpeg/HLS packaging, and serving pre-built segments from a tiny broadcast machine.
