REIKI 1 CLASS
Rei (meaning 'spirit') and ki (meaning 'life force energy')

These two Japanese characters describe the energy itself.
Reiki is the science and art of
activating, directing and applying natural, universal life energy to promote energy balancing, healing and wholeness.
Reiki is one of the more widely known forms of healing.
Through direct application of Chi, or life force,
this form of Physical, Emotional and Spiritual healing is used for
relaxation, stress relief, and to change a cycle in the body.

Reiki 1 is the basics of physical healing

It attunes you to receive the universal, life force energy.
You will learn to do Reiki treatments on yourself and others.

No previous experience needed - Just a Desire to Learn
