This is an English-speaking men’s circle created to support men in showing up more openly and honestly.

For our fourth circle, we’ll explore the idea of goals: looking back and moving forward.

Not just what we want to achieve, but what we’ve already experienced. The goals we’ve reached, the ones we haven’t, and the ones that still matter to us.

Through reflection and conversation, we’ll look at how our past shapes the direction we’re heading in, and ask:

Would our younger self be proud of us today?

No pressure to speak, listening is also part of the circle.
