Join us for a relaxed, hands-on evening to take back your time, energy, and attention. Without judgment or guilt.
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a mini workshop for real conversations, small changes, and a 1-week challenge to try something new.
What we’ll do:
- Reflect on your current screen habits (and how they make you feel)
- Share what’s working, and what isn’t, in small groups
- Explore alternatives to doomscrolling, defaulting, and distractions
- Choose a personal digital detox experiment (customizable to your life)
- Leave with a printed worksheet, new ideas, and group support
📵 Phones will stay in bags during the workshop—we’ll walk the talk together.

- You check your phone more than you want to
- You crave more focus, space, or calm
- You want to feel less reactive and more present
- You like gentle experiments more than strict rules
