How to mitigate the risks of AI?

How can we as the developers of AI systems actively work to avoid problems like built in biases or the risk of our systems being used for malicious or illegal activities?

Devies are excited to continue our autumn of AI and Machine Learning talks with Nermeen Louizi Ghoniem. Nermeen is an active player in the current hot debate around how AI should be utilized. She uses her platform to shine a light on some of AIs more problematic applications but also on how we as developers should think to combat these problems.

The event is held at Devies offices, use the entrance on Västra Hamngatan 14.

We open our doors at 15:30 and at 15:45 Nermeen will begin her presentation. Afterwards, there will be time for mingling and discussions. Coffee and fika will be avaliable.
