Join a supportive community of fellow moms-to-be and learn how you can use yoga to support your pregnancy journey.
You will learn how to use movements and yoga asanas to strengthen your body and better position your baby, how to use your breath to tone and relax your pelvic floor, and tools and techniques to manage pain/discomfort during your pregnancy and labor. This transformative experience offers a holistic approach to maternal well-being and childbirth preparation that moves beyond traditional prenatal yoga.
This class is suitable for all levels, women new to yoga, and those experiencing pregnancy ailments (heartburn, sciatica, low lying placenta, breech position, etc). I invite you to discuss your needs with me so I can adapt the practice.

I recommend bringing your own mat, a water bottle and something to cover your eyes for final relaxation.
