FREE EVENT: Parent & Baby Yoga at the Festival Chouette Nature in Presinge

Join Devika and the Association naitrEnsemble in a playful 45 minute workshop that combines yoga movements, breathing, and mindfulness for you and your baby!

This workshop is ideal for babies ages 6 weeks to crawling (12 months). Prior experience practicing yoga is not required and you can join with your partner. Please bring your own yoga mat and/or blanket to participate in this workshop. EN/FR.

Price: FREE and parking is available.

• What to bring
A yoga mat, padding, or blanket and anything to make your baby comfortable. A baby sling/carrier is recommended for babies under 3 months old.
