DevLocal Lab Meetup for March

Noah Collins is a front-end developer and open source advocate based in Seattle. He deals in web performance, tooling, and workflows. In his spare time, he tries to make the world a better place by working on collaborative web standards and improving educational materials for aspiring developers of all ages.
