• What we'll do
The UAE Telecommunications Regulation Authority is running a series of hackathon and training days to promote current available open data of the UAE government and to increase participation of civic engagement to improve the quality of government services and the happiness and prosperity of life in UAE overall. Participants are encouraged to develop teams and to use existing UAE government-supplied data, and potentially additional data relevant to the UAE- either already existing or which will be crowdsourced- to develop new prototypes or expand on existing work. Teams will be asked to respond to goals in the following themes:

- Transportation
- Health
- Sustainable development
- Environment
- Education
- Gender
