Christmas Meal in Exeter

Time to celebrate!
Join us for our annual Christmas meal! This year we're meeting in the centre of Exeter at The Holt, which is an a beautiful medieval building and run by well-known Otter Brewery. It's a great location and our Christmas meal is always a great social occasion to socialise with other members. We look forward to seeing you!

Please see the menu choice form here, from which you can choose either two courses for £35 or three courses for £45 (£5 supplement if you choose the cheese desert).

Signing up - important!
The deadline to sign-up, make your menu choices and pay for your meal in full is 26 October.

To confirm your place at the meal, you need to do all of the following by 26 October:

(1) RSVP to the event here.
(2) Provide your menu choices here.
(3) Transfer the full amount for your meal by 26th October to:

You need to transfer the money by 26 October so that we can confirm exact numbers with the venue. We are asking for full payment now to avoid any confusion or missed payments on the night (see the refund policy below). If you've not paid by the 26 October, your place will be freed-up to someone on the waiting list and you'll be removed from the event listing.

Refunds
If you are unable to attend the meal and notify us after 26 October, you will be refunded the amount you've paid less £15 per individual booking (the pub will charge us this for no-shows).
