Details
The Pride Parade followed by relaxing at the Pride Picnic Party and entertainments
The parade leaves at 12pm and goes down Sidwell Street and the High Street. It loops around ending at Northenhay Gardens.
We will stand and watch the official groups go past on the parade and then join the walkers at the back, and walk the 1 hour route to the end.
If you are uncomfortable joining the parade you can meet us at northernhay gardens after.
in the gardens we will claim and area in the picnic zone to relax.
there are two stages for entertainment, a bar and fast food options.
the entertainment ends at 6pm and obviously you are free to come and go as you wish.
things to bring:
- a light small blanket to sit on
- wear something fun or 🌈 🏳️🌈 if you fancy getting into the spirit.
- refillable water bottle as water fountains are at the picnic
