Edwige Fiaclou
Edwige is an accomplished technologist with a passion for diversity in Science, Technology, and Mathematics (STEM). With degrees in mathematics and computer science, she has focused her career on finance and technology. In her leadership role in software engineering, she has developed extensive experience in software development, architecture, and the financial sector, spanning from trading to banking. As Head of Software Engineering today, she leads Methodologies, Program Management, and Tech Talent teams in innovative projects while actively advocating for Women in Tech and Leadership through public speaking and engagement at schools and universities. Her motto, "A single tree does not make a forest," perfectly encapsulates her philosophy of always going above and beyond with others.
