DevOps at Coosto: A journey of Continuous Transformation by Harsha Thakur
In this talk, we will take you on a journey through our organization's DevOps transformation, starting from where we began and the significant improvements we've achieved over time. From overcoming initial challenges to implementing best practices, we are on a path of continuous improvement.
We’ll delve into our current setup, showcasing the monitoring and optimization of our CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficiency and reliability. Then, we’ll discuss our transition from traditional to agile daily releases, highlighting the challenges faced and benefits reaped. We'll also discuss the integration of API test jobs into our microservice deployment workflows, enhancing automation and QA. We will also cover how nightly test job executions are leveraged to maintain stability and detect potential issues early. To conclude, we'll offer a forward-looking perspective, outlining the future steps in our DevOps journey as we strive for continuous improvement and innovation.

What you and your team can do to increase happiness by Joep Piscaer
In this talk, we're going to talk about what you, and your team, can do to become a happier team. By looking through the lens of 'the socio-technical system', we're going to see why things like dependencies across teams are making you unhappy, how things like DevOps helped in the past (but didn't fully solve the issue), and what you and your team can do now as evolutions like Team Topologies give us new tools to use. We'll look at some concrete examples of what you and your team can do to improve the happiness, and effectiveness of your own teams and those around you through value stream and dependency mapping, optiziming team interactions and aligning atomic ownership of systems and teams.
