🌟 Talk: How much Shell code is too much?

🗒️ Topic: Shell is everywhere. With barely any setup, you can glue together surprisingly complex workflows in no time. It feels powerful, fast, and a little bit dangerous. But at some point, every shell script reaches the moment where you ask yourself: was this still a clever hack, or already a mistake?
This talk shows a few practical ways to make shell code less painful to read and maintain. But it also looks at the bigger question: how to recognize when your script has evolved from “quick and elegant” into “write-only legacy,” and when it’s time to switch to a more suitable language.
