Greetings all,

We warmly invite you to attend the 40th episode of DevOps Kathmandu in person meetup, featuring engaging discussions on Open Source in Transition and Shifting from Failure to Resilience and other devops-y topics.

Event Highlights:

Session 1: Open Source in Transition: AI, Economics, and What Comes Next?
This talk moves past conventional contribution guides to ask a fundamental question: What is open source, and why has it always been more than just code? We'll explore the open-source ecosystem; its contributors, maintainers, and programs, while examining how different forms of contribution are valued and the persistent challenge of maintainer burnout. Finally, we'll consider how evolving AI tools are reshaping contribution patterns and what this means for building a sustainable future in open source.
