TALK 2# - Building your own kubernetes distribution
What do you install on your Kubernetes cluster to make it "production ready"? Probably log management, monitoring, security, backup, observability, and many other utilities. Upgrading, configuring, and managing this machinery of productive clusters is a complex and delicate task, which can easily become unsustainable in medium to large-scale environments. In this talk I will address how we have evolved our management of these applications that turn a "production ready" cluster into a model inspired by Linux distributions, using a set of well-known (or not so well-known) open source tools and a good dose of boldness, courage and innovation."
