Hannah is a Service Delivery Manager at cinch. In this talk, she'll tell us about her personal journey with service delivery and how she became to appreciate the value and need for chaos engineering.

Bio
Hannah is 26 years old and has been in the IT industry since she was 18. She's passionate about women in tech and has found her love for chaos engineering.

Lean Coffee - Given the success of our last lean coffee session, we'd like to run this again. We'll break into smaller group discussions around different DevOps topics.
