DevOps Meetup above the Clouds

Invitation:

The unique discussion:

• In this session, we’ll explore the challenges of spinning up multiple kubernetes clusters in different cloud providers (AWS and GCP). Deploying a standardized set of applications into the clusters, in one go, using terraform 🏞.
• We’ll take a holistic look at which environments are needed in a day-to-day use, especially in dev, staging and prod. We also discuss how to automatically spin up and configure each environment.
• As soon as a cluster of an environment is created, terraform deploys helm charts into it using templated values configured by outputs of other terraform modules.
• We'll look at deployments such as: external-dns, ingress-nginx or certmanager. We will also take a look at more sophisticated examples like ArgoCD!

→ All of this will be managed by a single Terraform module which additionally pulls in other modules, creating an easy to manage hands off deployment ☁️.
