You don't need to be a Go developer to understand what a Kubernetes Operator does. This talk gives DevOps engineers a practical map for navigating Kubebuilder-based operator repos. We'll decode the project structure, showing how the CRD defines the operator's contract, the controller reveals its behavior, and RBAC markers expose its dependencies.
