*IRL & ONLINE* Getting started with distributed tracing and OpenTelemetry

The Talk;

This talk is split into two parts, first up is "Why tracing and why OpenTelemetry?" where we'll discuss what we're actually trying to achieve when we talk about observability, and why logging isn't enough.

Then we'll dive into some code and see just how easy it is to get started with OpenTelemetry, and how it all hangs together.
