Dan Chernoff, Tom von Schwerdtner, and Andrew Noble will be speaking collectively from Contino. Dan is a Technical Principal at Contino with a focus on software supply chain security. Prior to Contino he was a Senior Principal Systems engineer at Raytheon Technologies and the Kubernetes subject matter expert lead working in HWI and won the Excellence in Engineering award in 2019. Tom and Andrew are Senior DevOps Engineers who are passionate about all things DevOps and cloud!

Abstract: Securing a software supply chain from build system compromise is a key component of the application development and delivering an un-compromised product to the customer. This talk will focus on using in-toto as part of the software supply chain. We will demonstrate its use, how we have implemented and what we have learned.
Bob Aiello is a CM, ALM & DevOps architect, trainer and coach with experience in implementing best practices in highly regulated environments including finance, banking, medical/pharmaceutical and engineering/automotive. Bob recently led an international effort to write the IEEE P2675 DevOps industry standard for implementing DevOps in highly regulated environments.
