The DevOps Society is a network of DevOps meetups and a community for everyone in the space. Our new website is here! https://thedevopsociety.com/
We exist to create and encourage conversation and discussion around topics involving infrastructure as code, containerization, AI engineering, scripting, cloud engineering, cloud security, automation, digital transformation, and more.
If you are an engineer of any kind and have an avid interest in the DevOps space, this community is a chance for you to connect with fellow professionals and have the opportunity to speak at networking events, learn about DevOps related topics, and increase your technical knowledge.
The Society will give you a chance to hear from world renowned technology businesses, early stage revolutionary tech start-ups, and DevOps leaders, in the hope that we can not only build a passionate DevOps community, but inspire the next generation to move into this space and grow the overall DevOps community larger.

DevOps Society x Elastic London Hack Night
BCS, 1st Floor, The Davidson Building, 5 Southampton Street, WC2E 7HA, London, GBOur next event is a hands-on hack night in collaboration with Elastic, where you can build out your own working AIOps incident response prototype using Elastic, AI agents and MCP. The best solutions have a chance to win prizes. So come along with your laptop!

6:30pm – 6:50pm — Challenge and tools demo
6:50pm – 8:30pm — Hacking time
8:30pm – 9:30pm — 5-minute lightning demos
9:30pm— Close and networking at a nearby pub
Timings may vary.You will be using (but not limited to) the following tools:
- Elasticsearch
- Elastic Agent Builder
- MCP servers and apps, including the new Elastic Observability MCP App.
As always, expect a relaxed evening of technical learning, discussion, and networking with fellow engineers from across the London tech community.

- Docker Compose
- Claude Code
- kubectl and minikube as per the Kubernetes install tools guide
