Terraform, OpenTofu and its practical impact

Details
The DevOps Stuttgart Meetup is ending the summer break!
Abstract of the talk
Hashicorp changed the open source license of Terraform and set the industry on fire overnight. The poster child tech for all enterprises, startups, and cloud integrators got old really fast. OpenTofu is an open source fork of the last open source Terraform version and seems to set the stage for the next 10 years of infrastructure code tooling.
During the talk given by Johannes Amorosa, we will explore OpenTofu and try to understand the impact on the businesses you work for and predict a golden future of your favourite tool. The talk will be held in English.
