FluxCD at Colossyan
Undoubtedly FluxCD is a major frameworks in the cloud-native continuous integration and delivery space. It's been a month since FluxCD v2.0 reached GA and is used reliably by thousands of users in production.

In this talk I will first talk about the principles of FluxCD, its design and building blocks. In the second part we will briefly reiterate on some DevOps approaches and I will demonstrate how FluxCD has supercharged Colossyan's DORA metrics with some practical examples.

Verified delivery of components using OCM and Flux.
Fast, clean and reproducible delivery of Software using Flux and OCM (Open Component Model) specification into air-gapped environments securely. We will demonstrate how to package software and its components using an SBOD ( Software Bill of Delivery ) and then transfer that component into a locked-down environment using a set of controllers in a Kubernetes cluster.

In this setup, OCM provides the specification to define and deliver software. The spec describes the pieces that the software comprises off, and defines access and delivery methods for that software.

Flux will take care of the delivery and deployment for us and will ensure that all pieces are constantly up-to-date.
