DORA metrics serve as a reliable guide for teams navigating software delivery performance, but do they still serve in the age of Agentic AI? We will discuss the five core DORA metrics—drawing on the latest insights from Google's 2025 State of AI-assisted Software Development report. We then examine their evolving role in the age of agentic AI, where autonomous coding agents dramatically accelerate throughput and compress lead times while simultaneously amplifying existing weaknesses, often increasing instability and hidden rework.
We'll meet at the Improving Training Center in Independence, right off of I-77/Rockside Rd
## About the Speaker ##
Shaun Mosher is a Principal Consultant at Improving with over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Throughout his career, been a developer, systems architect, instructor and Microsoft Certified Professional. When he's not playing with technology he likes to stream high school sports, enjoy the outdoors and spend time with his family.
## Agenda ##
Doors will be open at 5:00pm, and we'll start with some networking and discussion about DevOps in Cleveland while enjoying some food and beverages courtesy of Improving.
We will start around 6:15pm, and afterwards they'll be more general networking right up until doors close (9:00pm).
