About Eden and her Talk:

When it comes to testing mobile apps (iOS and Android), how does an engineer choose between using automation frameworks like Espresso/Appium/XCUI, conducting manual testing or finding another approach? Eden will share her experiences as a Product Manager new to the world of QA, exploring different QA strategies, and how she was inspired to use her mechanical engineering background to build a new QA solution, Team Mobot.

About the Speaker:
Eden Full Goh is the Founder of Team Mobot (teammobot.com), backed by Y Combinator and Newark Venture Partners. Previously, Eden led the development of new software products that spanned the energy, healthcare and government sectors at Palantir Technologies and Butterfly Network. During her Thiel Fellowship, she founded and scaled SunSaluter (sunsaluter.org), a global non-profit that has deployed an open-source solar panel tracker design in 19 countries, impacting 17,000+ people. Eden studied Mechanical Engineering and Computer Science at Princeton University.
