Devoxx for Kids - Programming for Kids 2015 - Introduction to HTML, CSS Programming - Sunday 3:00 to 5:00 PM - 6 Weeks

The course is designed to introduce HTML, CSS Programming for Kids. Kids signing up for the class require a laptop (preferably windows).

Meeting Schedule: Class meets every Sunday for about 2 hours (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM) for 6 weeks. From 04/12/2015 to 05/17/2015

Fees: $20 for all sessions. Fees collected will be used for T-Shirts and organizational fees.

Requirements:

• 2nd Grade and above

• Familiarity using laptop computer (recommended)

• Laptop should have Chrome & Notepad++ installed

Course Details: After taking this class, kids will be able to understand and code HTML pages using CSS. Course content and other materials (quiz, homework) will be shared during the class.

The course is designed to teach programming from novice to advanced level. Its up to the group to ramp up and learn advanced programming tasks.
