# Overview
The plan is to have an evening of talks and discussion from around 7:30pm before adjourning to a nearby drinking establishment for further discussion and drinking.
Details of the talks will be posted at http://bristol.couchdb.org as they come in.
# Call for speakers
This event needs you! If you have something you want to talk about then we'd love to hear about it - either add your talk to the page via pull request [1], respond to this message, or e-mail the group organisers directly.
The atmosphere at these events is somewhat relaxed so if you have some ideas but don't feel like you have time to put a polished talk together, don't worry. You could do a 5 minute lightning talk, demo a quick hack you put together, or lead a discussion on something Couch related that has always interested you. Of course, we are also welcoming submissions for the usual 20 minute talks on anything CouchDB.
# Practicalities
We're holding this event at the new offices of Cloudant UK, who are also being kind enough to provide drinks and nibbles for the talk part of the evening. There will be a large screen available for slides and demos.
# Summary
This should be a fun night for anyone with an interest in Apache CouchDB - we look forward to seeing you there.
