Open Media Legal Hackathon

Chapters of LegalHackers.org across the globe will participate in an Open Media Legal Hackathon throughout the month of October. The Dallas event will include a hackathon and mixer Friday, panels and discussion Saturday morning, and hack presentations Saturday after lunch.

FRI, Oct 26: 5:30-8:00PM
The DFW Legal Hackers will kick off our hack Friday, October 26th, with a mixer at Deep Ellum Art Company.

SAT, Oct 27: 9:30AM-Noon
We resume events Saturday, October 27th at Deep Ellum Art Co., with learning/discussion sessions -- where we'll explore the issues creatives face, and propose solutions for ownership, control, exchange of property rights to data and other digital assets from the artist/creator vantage point in the music and media industry context.

SAT, Oct 27: 1:00-2:00PM
After lunch, we'll conclude the event with a presentation from the hack teams.
