What's a Cuddle Party™?
Cuddle Party™ is a 4 hour event beginning with an approximately 1 hour communication and boundaries workshop, followed by 3 hours of practicing the Cuddle Party rules of non-sexual, consensual, platonic cuddling❣️
The Cuddle Party™ workshop covers:
*Clarity and confidence
*Boundary and communication skills
*Comfort, support and encouragement.
*Saying “Yes” or “No” with empowerment
*Learning to speak a language to welcome, relaxed, non-sexual touch.
The skills you learn at Cuddle Party translate into everyday life, right from the start.
When boundaries and consent are clear, every relationship is easier.
PLATONIC / NON-SEXUAL
Yes, we mean that literally. Not a secret code. Not a "wink and a nod". No lines to read between. It surprises people constantly on how awesome and even life-changing platonic cuddling can be even in relationships between sexual partners.
Some people are already comfortable with touch and can’t wait to be in a place where that’s OK. Others are not even sure they want any touch at all, but they come to explore the communication skills. Others are just curious about what it might be like.
Whatever your reasons, a Cuddle Party is a great way for discovering more about yourself, for exploring new ways of connecting with others, or simply enjoying a relaxing, cozy evening with other cuddly buddies!
Are there any rules/agreements?
Yes. Here they are. 🙏🏽
- Pajamas/comfy clothes stay on the whole time
- You don't have to touch or cuddle with anyone at a Cuddle Party, ever.
- You must ask permission and receive a verbal YES before you touch anyone. (Be as specific in your request as possible.)
- If you are a yes, say YES. If you are a no, say NO.
- If you are a maybe, say NO.
- You are encouraged to change your mind.
- Respect your relationship agreements and communicate with your partner.
- Get a facilitator if you have a question, concern, or need assistance.
- Tears and laughter are both welcome.
- Respect people's privacy when sharing about Cuddle Party.
- Keep the cuddle space tidy.
ATTENDEES
All Cuddle Parties (unless otherwise specified) include a balanced ratio of both women and men of all ages (21+), and are held at private residences in and around the metroplex. They last about 4 hours.
TIME AND LOCATION
The doors will open at 6 PM. The doors will be locked at 6:30 PM.
At 6:30 workshop will begin.
PROMPTNESS
EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO BE ON TIME so please account FOR TRAFFIC and parking.
WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
The doors open at 6p come on in; take you shoes off by the door, you may keep socks on, sanitize your hands, make your name tag, put your shared food/drink in the kitchen area, go to the bathroom to change clothes (if necessary), finally find your spot on the floor pallet and get comfy.
The communication workshop is where we cover the Cuddle Party Agreements then afterwards where you get to practice.
These are not a suggestion to follow, they are agreements that make this a safe haven.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
FLUFF!!
Please bring your favorite comfortable cuddle items, for example fluffy blankets, sleeping bags and pillows.
We make a fluffy comfy floor pallet so we have enough space for everyone to cuddle comfortably.
Cuddle Party™ Rule #1 is Clothes stay on the entire time
WHAT TO WEAR
PJ's-nothing risqué- comfortable clothes like shorts, t-shirt, sports bras are ideal for cuddling.
SNACKS
Please bring a snack to share, and whatever non-alcoholic drink you want (NO ALCOHOL). We will have some snacky foods and bottled water to drink.
SCENTS
PLEASE be as ‘scent free’ as possible, some people are very sensitive to smell and or have allergies to artificial smells. This also applies to tobacco products.

Please note:
Please have your payment in by THURSDAY BEFORE the Saturday event. This gives time to make sure you have received the address details no later than Friday. We have had some members not receiving it the first time.
For those who I have your number, I will be texting you the exact private address THURSDAY prior to Saturday party, again only to members who have RSVP and PAID 🤗
