As Salad and Go celebrated their 10th anniversary, they had completed a period of growth that nearly quadrupled the brand's size in less than three years and now faced the exciting challenge of continuing that pace of growth into the future. However, their existing BI tool and data platform struggled to keep pace with the business’s expanding needs and failed to deliver a solid return on investment.
