This meetup brings together people across the DFW real estate ecosystem who want to learn, network, and grow, whether you’re exploring your first deal, actively investing, brokering transactions, building a development pipeline, or working in real estate within an institutional or corporate role. We host a series of events, including mixers, property tours, webinars, and learning programs to foster partnerships and exchange real-world learnings.

You’ll meet investors (residential and commercial), land developers, builders, brokers, lenders, contractors, architects/engineers, property managers, attorneys, and professionals involved in planning, zoning, and entitlements, along with people from corporate and institutional teams (acquisitions, asset management, development, property operations, lending, advisory, and related functions). Interests span buy-and-hold, house hacking, flipping, short-term rentals, multifamily, land acquisition, redevelopment, new construction, and commercial projects.
