Land entitlement is where value is created before construction begins. Developers cannot build until land is entitled. In this webinar, we’ll break down what entitlement actually is—the key steps involved, how to budget for it, typical timelines, and how we assess and mitigate risk along the way. We’ll wrap up with a real case study showing how a project moves from raw land to build-ready.

Even though it's a webinar, we'll keep the attendee list small so we can facilitate conversations more intimately.

Rundown:

  • High-level land entitlement overview (30 mins)
  • Case study (15 mins)
  • Live Q&A (15 mins)
  • Perfect for:

🙋 Who should attend?
Aspiring and early-stage developers, investors underwriting land deals, and anyone curious about how projects get approved before the first shovel hits the ground
