MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a networking group for military veterans in the DFW Area who work in Information Technology. To provide a space for veterans to discuss topics related to information technology trends, employment, challenges, and other topics with a focus on supporting each other in our network.
WHO SHOULD JOIN
Individuals who are local to the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
Honorably discharged military veterans who currently work in or are trying to break into the Information Technology field.
Active Duty servicemembers who are close to separation/retirement and who are looking for private sector employment in the IT field.
EVENT/GROUP GOALS & INITIATIVES
Provide an opportunity for veterans to network together to build camaraderie, friendship, and support for one another in our personal and professional lives.
Provide an expansive network of local veterans to provide support in hiring, mentoring, and professional development & growth of group members in their IT careers and beyond.
Provide opportunities for junior IT professionals to hear from industry leaders with similar backgrounds.
Provide opportunities for industry leaders to share insights & knowledge to other veterans in the field.
