Join us for a virtual wellness session designed for anyone seeking balance, clarity, and emotional wellness this season. We are offering this session at no cost to our community. RSVP is required.

This interactive session will include a discussion on healthy boundaries, practical tools for emotional regulation, guided breathing and grounding exercises, and reflective prompts to support personal growth.
Facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselor, Blessing Boamah, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Expressive Arts Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches including EMDR.

Please bring a journal/paper and pen. Cameras are encouraged.
This is a safe, supportive space to reset, reflect, and grow.
